CARRIE POTTER
Carrie Potter is a business manager, financial strategist, and Lecturer in Sport Finance. She provides comprehensive advisory services to athletes, entertainers, and small businesses, specializing in translating complex financial matters into clear, actionable strategies that empower clients to make confident and informed decisions.
​​Before founding Potter Advisors in 2006, Ms. Potter served as Vice President of PMG Sports in Washington, DC, a full-service sports agency. She is a Certified Financial Planner™, Lecturer at Rice University, and a recognized media contributor on topics related to sport finance, athlete management, and the advancement of women in sports.

Ms. Potter earned both her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from The George Washington University. She serves on several nonprofit boards, including Women in Sports & Events (WISE) Houston, which she founded as President in 2016.
